What to Expect: How to Prepare for Your Remodel

Once you are contacted by a Designer they will walk you thru what is necessary for you budget.We have many different Cabinetry Products in many price points to choose from. Builder grade to Custom and in between, so it is important to communicate this to your Designer from the beggining.

You can cover up your furniture that you want to protect from dust or tape off the area. Plan on setting up a temporary kitchen or bathroom with the essentials elsewhere and make sure that your pets are safe and away from construction. Prior to the start of demolition, make sure to clear all items from the cabinets and drawers (e.g., dishes, silverware, food.) and off the countertops. Also during your Master Bath remodel please clear out all items in existing cabinets and area. There will be some dust during this process and we will try to keep it down to a minimum. Please make peace with the dust until your remodel is completed.

We provide services for hauling away debris, and all of our craftsman try to keep the area tidy as possible during the remodel progresses. We work closely with our craftsman to ensure your project is handled with care. Your designer stays involved during the construction phase to keep your project running smoothly, managing any delays or Change Orders in the process, and giving you peace of mind throughout your remodel. If you are a DIY or hire your own Labor, your Designer will provide detailed plans and it is up to your trade to follow the detail for the result you and your designer discussed. We are not liable for their mistakes but if they have a question they certainly can call and ask your Designer.
